RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
If any dispute or damage received in your product then it should be informed within 24 hours after receiving the product by WhatsApp us on 9333989540 but the product
should be with original tags.
EXCHANGE:
. We offer 7 days hassle-free exchange from the date of delivery. We also offer reverse pick-up services.
. Pick-up will be attempted twice only. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. Then you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse
Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
. Please return your exchange product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped with original tags and packing. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly
been worn, exchange would not be provided.
. In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you'll have courier the product(s) to the following address:
. Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange or return only. Once an exchange has been processed, the item is no longer eligible for further exchanges or returns
Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and REGISTERED MOBILE number is mentioned on the packaging. All items
must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to
your bank account in case of prepaid and and In case of Cod it will be transferred to your UPI or Bank thru Pay-out link.
PLEASE NOTE: Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above as we will reimburse only Rs.100 for the self-shipment charge. So we recommend using
'Speed Post' or any local courier as your courier service. Speed Post is cheapest and Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

RETURN & REFUNDS :-
. An Upfront reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 per product will be applicable at the time of submitting the return request.
. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped with original tags and packing. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a
refund would not be provided.
. Payments made with PREPAID option will automatically transfer the refund amount to the source from where the payment has been made after deducting the reverse shipment charge
of Rs.150 per order within 2-3 working days after received the product and quality check.
. Payments made with COD option will receive a Pay-out link on your registered mobile number. You have to submit your bank details or UPI id on that link correctly then automatically
your refund amount will be transferred to the bank details or UPI address within 2-3 days after received the product and quality check.
. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. If you request cancellation or not accept the product after dispatched and ask for
refund then the reverse shipment charges of Rs.100 per product will be deducted from the order value.

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale, Combo items (Buy 2 Get 1 Free), Flat rate Sale Season Sale or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not
be eligible for any returns these can be exchanged only after paying pickup and re-shipment courier charges . During Exchange free item might not be available then you have to choose
another item as suggested by the customer support representative.

process the refund as soon as possible and also confirm the customer.
PARTIAL COD
. This facility is only available in India. COD facilitation amount of Rs. 100 is non-refundable, as it is charged by courier to facilitated the collection.
In case of non delivery due to customer refusal, not accepted, cancellation of order, the partial prepaid amount of Rs.100 charged at time of placing the order is non-refundable in
COD orders.
